Limestone Hill Farmhouse

Limestone Hill Farmhouse is a working farm property near Tickhill in South Yorkshire, set up to accommodate groups of up to 14 people across seven bedrooms and five bathrooms. Everything needed for a self-catering stay is provided: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. The kitchen is properly equipped for feeding a crowd, with both an electric cooker and range, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Two woodburners—one in the kitchen, one in the main living room—add warmth and atmosphere to the ground floor spaces.

The layout spreads across two floors. Ground level holds two double bedrooms, a family bathroom with a roll-top bath and walk-in shower, plus a separate toilet. The kitchen opens into a breakfast area and dining room, with two further living spaces both furnished with Smart TVs. There's also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs are five more bedrooms: a kingsize with its own en-suite, two rooms with paired single beds (each with en-suite), and two further doubles, served by two shower rooms with heated towel rails. One pet is welcome at no extra charge. The property sits on private grounds with parking for seven cars, a front garden with furniture and a firepit for evening gatherings.
