Just returned for 2 nights over bank holiday, 2 adults, 2 kids and our dog. We loved it! Back to basics campsite (with the added extra of the bar!) With lovely chilled vibes. Staff were genuinelly excited to welcome us and very helpful. Yes there is only one sink in the ladies/gents but we were there when fully booked and it was never a problem. We were surrounded by other family's, groups of friends going hiking, a few climbers and people in campers who were just chilling, everyone was friendly and having a good time. Walking distance of co op, a great fish and chips shop and a pub. Plus ice cream van turned up each day which went down very well with our kids. Great place! Would recommend

Basic campsite in a great central location on Portland. It's great for climbers as you can walk to all the crags in a similar amount of time, no need for a vehicle. Good value for money with clean facilities that can feel a bit limited at busy times. Friendly and welcoming owners.

Basic but did the job for a night, facilities a bit underwhelming. Owner who has the animals next door is a friendly guy

We absolutely loved it here. The owners made us feel welcome straight away. It a lovely spacious field with clean toilets in the block. Had good recycling. The animals especially the ostriches chasing the goats in the fields next were so entertaining watching them. They also have another section with views over the sea to die for but only portaloos there. He even said it we wanted we could go there. He was so easy going. Next time I go anywhere near here with my campervan this pop up site would be my first choice. Thanks for an awesome stay .
