Stayed here first and few days with friend and family, 3 motorhomes, at short notice for the wimbourne folk festival. Linda managed to fit us all in and is very friendlyand helful. The site is very handy for Wimborne and has all the facilities required. It is a very peaceful site and secure site and very safe for children. We will be back. Alan and Carolyne

Lovely owner who is friendly and helpful. The amenities are aged but reasonably clean but lots of dead insects in window ledges in showers and toilet cubicles. Cleaning wasn't the best. Saying that we enjoyed our stay albeit there were lots of flies about in the overhanging large trees and the pitches needed weeding and strumming back. In our opinion the site is well located to visit Poole and surrounding areas in Dorset. Most of the pitches are seasonal with just a few held back for tourers.

We loved this site and will be back soon. We had a lovely welcome; John could not have been more kind and helpful, and our pitch was excellent. The site, in a quiet semi-rural spot, is lightly wooded, full of birdsong and the bluebells flowering behind the pitches were beautiful. There is very slight traffic noise from the A31 but after about 5 minutes on site, we ceased to notice it at all. With a 4/5 minute walk along a quiet lane to the Lambs Green Inn, a nice gastro-pub, and the whole of the Jurassic coast to explore nearby, it is ideally situated. Thank you Linda and John
