The layout works well for gathering: a ground-floor living room with a smart TV opens directly onto a garden with seating, and there's a separate kitchen-diner with a full range of appliances including a dishwasher and American fridge-freezer. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included. One small dog is welcome. There's parking for four cars and level access to the front door.
