7 Military Drive is a five-bedroom detached house sleeping up to 12, with everything needed for a self-catering stay already in place. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer, opening onto a decked patio area. Upstairs, a living room with a 50-inch smart TV and pool table leads to a balcony. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included; a welcome pack arrives with you.

The sleeping arrangement spans five rooms: three with kingsize beds and ensuite showers, one with four single beds and one with two. There are four bathrooms and separate toilet across the property. Outside, a hot tub for six sits in the rear garden, which has a lawn, seating areas and garden furniture. Parking covers two cars on the drive, with additional on-street spaces available. Bike storage is provided. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The property is non-smoking.

The setting puts you close to the Southern Upland Way for walking, with coastal and moorland terrain nearby. Golf, sea fishing and local gardens are all accessible. Wigtown, Scotland's official book town, lies within reach. Arrive after 4pm; departure is before 10am.
