Castledene Holiday Park

I’ve owned a new caravan here for 6 months. It’s a great base for exploring and on the edge of a beautiful dene. Few minutes drive to beautiful beaches and close to Durham and Newcastle. The park is well run, well cared for and the team help with anything you need. Of course there’s rules! They’re all reasonable and for the benefit of the owners Anna is a great manager and goes out of her way to support all owners I highly recommend Castledene for a peaceful break

Yes they are cowboys 2 year ago they told me I could rent it out, after paying £2.000 to purchase a caravan they said I couldn't advertise it on face book or anywhere, and to not step on anyone's toes who were renti g theirs out, II asked for my deposit back but wouldn't pay it, pack of liars. One star only because I couldn't proceed further to publish this feedback.

I visited this hidden gem and I have to admit first impressions were great. The full tour of the park and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend both Anna and Danny who work on the park, there knowledge of the Park and area was exceptional. This is our number one choice at the moment I would highly recommend a visit to anyone wanting a nice little bolt hole for peace and so easy to get to places in the area.

Stayed here last year in my parents caravan that they have owned for 6 years, staff on the site were very rude and no customer service skills, I think the park needs looking at and possibly staff and management retraining needed
