Lovely big rooms, gorgeously decorated. You can tell the hosts have taken every consideration with the little touches, to make guests feel welcome, such as chocolate, milk, butter, a variety of coffee, tea and herbal teas. Deb was absolutely lovely, and very welcoming. Incredibly accommodating. Lots of information in the rooms for places to visit, eat, walk etc. This farm is set in a gorgeous and quiet location with walking routes outside the doorstep, and a small bus stop for a short ride into Keswick town centre. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Highside Farm for one night as a little getaway before welcoming our next baby, and it honestly exceeded all of our expectations. The pod was absolutely amazing – it had everything we needed and more. Every member of staff was so friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything, which made the stay even more special. The location is simply stunning. Waking up surrounded by mountains, animals, and some of the most incredible views we’ve ever seen was unforgettable. The scenery is truly next level and made for such a peaceful and relaxing escape. Even though we only live locally, it felt like we were a world away. The BBQ and fire pit were the perfect finishing touches and made the whole experience even better. Without a doubt, this is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed, and we’ll definitely be returning. 10/10 – I couldn’t recommend Highside Farm highly enough.

1000% recommend and will be coming back our selves. My partner and I stayed at the Workshop for 4 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better time. James and Edward are incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Beds were comfy, rooms are spacious and lovely, coffee was yummy and fresh milk provided every day was great! The doggos of course made our stay event better too. Shout out to Bruce, Oscar and Stan.

We have just had a 4 night stay at Highside and it was perfect! Everyone was friendly and welcoming and it is a great base for so many lovely walks/hikes. The view was also spectacular!! The farm dogs were so lovey and friendly with our dog which is an added bonus! We will definitely love to stay again! 🐾🗻🍃
