Wow what a great leisure park and it's highly maintained and all of the staff we met were very friendly especially Georgie & Chris... the amenities are great and we will be back soon. It's set in a beautiful back drop and very close to the market town of Barnard Castle with an easy walk along the river and over the bridge... Brilliant location.

Great site. Lots of friendly residents. On the banks of the river its a really quiet and peaceful place. The pub on site has a good selection of drinks and is modern inside. Great play area for children. Little shop on site would make it more appealing

Not 5 star needs a tidy up over grown trees. Parking bays for owners poor. Gardeners could do better
