Grand Coastal retreats - Damson Green 64

Dartmouth's clifftop parks offer a rare combination of seaside location and holiday amenities without leaving the grounds. Grand Coastal Retreats - Damson Green 64 is a ground-floor caravan that sleeps four across two bedrooms and two bathrooms, positioned to make use of both the shared heated swimming pool and the proximity to the beach itself.

The layout centres on an open-plan living and dining space with a sofa bed, kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, and a smart TV for quieter moments. One bedroom holds a double bed with its own shower room; the other has two singles. The other bathroom includes a bath with shower. Windows throughout let in natural light, and there's a front garden with seating. You'll have wi-fi, heating, electricity and linen provided; parking for one car is on-site.

The 50m x 25m heated pool with changing facilities is shared with other caravans on the park. The beach is within walking distance. No smoking is permitted inside.
