4 Dawson Court is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage sleeping four, in the Skegness area just a quarter-mile from the beach. One small dog can stay at no extra cost. The property is yours alone, with an enclosed garden and patio where you can sit outside. A shop, pub and restaurant are also a quarter-mile away.

Downstairs, the living room has a 42-inch TV and opens onto the garden through French doors. The kitchen/dining room is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with two single beds. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. Gas central heating keeps the place warm, and wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included.

The seafront itself has the attractions you'd expect of a traditional seaside resort—a funfair, amusements and paddling pools. South along the coast are Fantasy Island and Butlins for day trips, plus Sandilands golf course three miles away. North is Donna Nook Seal Sanctuary. Walking and cycling routes run throughout the area. The property does not permit smoking.
