4 Dawson Park

Mablethorpe is a traditional seaside resort with sandy beaches, fairground rides, paddling pools and colourful beach huts, making it a natural draw for families. The town sits within reach of other coastal spots—Sutton-on-Sea and Sandilands are close by, Fantasy Island and Butlins lie further south, and Donna Nook Seal Sanctuary (where around a thousand seal pups are born each breeding season) is north along the coast.

4 Dawson Park is a semi-detached bungalow sleeping six across two bedrooms: a kingsize and a twin of single beds. Downstairs, the living room has a sofa bed and a 42-inch TV; the kitchen and dining area open to the garden through French doors, with a full range of appliances including a washing machine. Both bathrooms are upstairs. The enclosed lawned garden has a patio, seating, and room to spread out; private parking accommodates two cars. One dog stays free of charge.

Essentials are covered: electricity, heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels. The beach is a quarter-mile away, and shops, a pub and restaurants are the same distance. A cot, highchair and stairgate are available to request. No smoking inside.
