5 Dawson Park comes ready to use. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine; French doors open onto an enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all included. The living room has a 42" Freeview TV. Heating is gas central. Private parking fits two cars, and one small dog is welcome.

Downstairs has a king bed, shower room with walk-in shower, kitchen and dining space. Upstairs are two more bedrooms—another king and two singles—plus a bathroom with bath and shower. The property sleeps six and is yours alone; cots, highchairs and stairgates are available if you ask. No smoking inside.

Mablethorpe itself is a traditional seaside resort with sandy beaches, a funfair, paddling pools and coloured beach huts. The beach is a quarter mile away; shops, pubs and restaurants are equally close. Head south for Sandilands and Anderby Creek, or further for Fantasy Island and Skegness; to the north is Donna Nook Seal Sanctuary.
