Mablethorpe is a traditional East Coast resort with sandy beaches, a funfair, paddling pools and the usual seaside attractions. 6 Dawson Park stands in a quiet development close enough to reach the beach on foot. The setting gives you access to a string of coastal towns—Sutton-on-Sea, Sandilands and Anderby Creek to the south are known for their walks and quieter stretches of sand, while Donna Nook to the north is a seal sanctuary where hundreds of pups are born each breeding season. Skegness, Fantasy Island and Butlin's are all within driving distance for days out.

The bungalow sleeps six across three bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed upstairs, and two rooms with single beds each on the ground floor. Two bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower, one with a bath—mean people aren't queuing in the morning. The ground floor also has a living room with a 42-inch television, and a kitchen with doors opening onto a private garden; you can cook or eat out at the cafés and restaurants within a quarter-mile. Essentials like bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are provided, and there's a washing machine if you need it. One small dog can stay free. The main draw is the private hot tub in the garden, which fits all six of you and is the sort of thing that turns an ordinary evening into something guests remember.
