7 Dawson Park is a three-bedroom house built for families and groups seeking a self-catering base near the Lincolnshire coast. The whole property is yours alone, with two bathrooms, space for six guests, and one small dog welcome at no extra cost. A patio and lawned garden, enclosed for privacy, opens from the kitchen—useful for downtime between beach trips or exploring the arcades and fairground attractions Mablethorpe is known for.

The ground floor contains the main living spaces: an open-plan kitchen and dining area with electric cooker, microwave and washing machine, plus a separate sitting room with Freeview TV. A kingsize bedroom and walk-in shower room sit on this level. Upstairs are two more bedrooms—another kingsize and a twin—and a full bathroom with bath and shower.
