8 Dawson Park opens directly into a generous open-plan ground floor where living, dining and kitchen flow together—a 42-inch TV, dining table and kitchen with electric oven, hob and full appliances including washing machine all under one roof. French doors lead from the kitchen out to the enclosed garden. The ground floor bedroom has two single beds and its own shower room, while upstairs you'll find a kingsize bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds, served by a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. This is a whole property to yourselves, sleeping up to six.

The garden is fenced and comes with patio furniture, and there's parking for two cars. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included, along with gas central heating. One small dog can stay free. The hot tub is yours to use whenever you want, which makes sense given Skegness's reputation as a rain-prone destination. No smoking inside the property.

The beach is a quarter-mile away, and a shop, pub and restaurant are equally close. Mablethorpe town centre has amusements, a funfair and paddling pools; Donna Nook Seal Sanctuary is to the north, and Fantasy Island and Butlin's are reachable by car to the south. If you're after something quieter, sandy walks extend in both directions along the coast.
