Bankside Cottage suits families and couples after space and quiet. Three bedrooms—a kingsize, two singles, and a further single—mean groups of up to five can spread out comfortably. The single bathroom has a bath with shower attachment. Downstairs, a living room with woodburner and dining room flow into a kitchen equipped for real cooking: electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. Washing machine, wi-fi, and heating are all included, along with bed linen and towels.

The cottage sits beside a reservoir on the Revesby Estate, a rural Lincolnshire property surrounded by woodland. An enclosed front garden with furniture and a dog run means one dog can stay free and safely. Three cars fit in the private parking. Inside, the period cottage has been fitted out to modern comfort while keeping its character. A woodburner starter kit comes with your booking; extra logs are available. Travel cots, highchairs and stairgates can be arranged if needed. Note that the garden has a step and the reservoir is unfenced, and no smoking is permitted indoors.
