Halton Lodge

Halton Lodge is a two-bedroom cottage sleeping four, arranged across two floors with three bathrooms—one downstairs and one ensuite to each bedroom. The ground floor holds a living room with Freeview Smart TV, a dining room, and a kitchen that opens through French doors onto the garden. The wet room has a shower and heated towel rail. Upstairs, the main bedroom contains a double bed and dressing area with an ensuite featuring a roll-top bath and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a zip-and-link bed that can be configured as twin singles, and its own ensuite with walk-in shower. Heating is via air source heat pump with underfloor central heating throughout; electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included in the rental.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking holidays, with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and washer-dryer. The enclosed garden is mainly lawned with flower beds, a patio for outdoor dining, and garden furniture. A detached garage contains a pool table, table tennis, air hockey and children's toys. There is bike storage on site and parking for two cars, with an electric car charging point available by prior arrangement. Travel cot and highchair can be requested. The cottage does not permit smoking. Spilsby, roughly a mile away, has restaurants, shops, pubs and a weekly market. The Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty lies nearby, and Skegness beach is around ten miles distant.
