The Gallery

The Gallery began life as an artist's studio. This one-bedroom conversion sits on the edge of Toynton All Saints, retaining its character while offering a contemporary interior. You get the whole place to yourself, with a private entrance distinct from the owner's adjacent home. Ground floor holds an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and shower room; upstairs is the bedroom with a king bed. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi—are covered, and there's room to park up to two cars on site.

The real draw is what surrounds it: access to over two acres of gardens with countryside views stretching across open land. Rabbits, squirrels, deer and various birds are regular visitors, making it appealing if you're after peace and observation rather than activity. A small or medium dog can stay free, though it needs to stay on a lead in the gardens. The village is quiet, but a pub sits within a mile, and Spilsby's Georgian market town is roughly two miles away. From here you're positioned for walking and cycling in the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a reasonable run to the coast.
