Lilac Villa is a detached five-bedroom house that sleeps ten, arranged across two floors with enough space for groups to settle in without feeling cramped. Downstairs you get two separate living rooms, each with a television, plus a dining room and kitchen equipped for cooking proper meals—gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer are all there. A shower room and utility room with washing machine complete the ground floor. Upstairs are five bedrooms: a super king, a king, a queen, a double and a pair of singles, served by a bathroom with both bath and shower.
The villa stands in a residential area of East Lindsey, three hundred yards back from the beach. Local shops, a pub and restaurants are within five hundred yards on foot. The enclosed garden has a decked area, furniture and a barbecue, with parking for two cars on site and more available on the road. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen and Wi-Fi are included; one dog is welcome at no extra charge. There is no smoking inside.
Skegness itself offers the traditional seaside mix—sandy beach, fairground, nature reserve and seal sanctuary. Two eighteen-hole golf courses sit nearby. Louth and Horncastle, both market towns worth exploring, are a short drive away, and Lincoln—with its cathedral, castle and museums—is roughly an hour west.
