About North Shore Holiday Park

Tucked away near Skegness, North Shore Holiday Park delivers quietly competent touring with a solid roster of fully serviced hardstanding pitches—handy if you value all-weather reliability and full hookups. There's a good spread of electric grass options too, plus a couple of dog-friendly camping pods for anyone keen to try glamping lite. The 4.4 Google rating reflects friendly staff and well-kept facilities, though a few visitors note that the site can feel a little tired in places and showers occasionally run lukewarm during busy spells.

Dogs are welcome, WiFi keeps you connected, and the layout is refreshingly straightforward—no gimmicks, just a practical base for exploring Lincolnshire's coast and hinterland. If you want fuss-free pitching within easy reach of Skegness's beaches and amusements, this ticks the box.

Perfect location clean park but the issue i have is the customer service is horrible i visted the main reception to complain but the booking we made we wanted a downstairs apartment 4 disabled person they gave us a upstairs apartment right in the far corner of the apartment there was 2 flights of stairs we had a dog stroller suitcase and foldaway wheelchair i nearly slipped on then stairs while carry them up as they was hardly any room to move around I went bk to reception to tell them they told us there wasn't anything else available on the site and we got ready to go out the nxt day once again it was a job to get the wheelchair down the stairs and the dog stroller a family member fell on the last 2 steps so kept a very close eye on her and then we vist a pub that plays bingo on the following night we where about to leave and a family member had a accident and it was a trip to hospital and the hoilday was cut short we checked out the following afternoon gave the keys bk to the bar staff in the club as reception was closed and explan what happened to them and called reception on the Thursday morin to get deposit bk and explained what happened and they didn't seem bothered or give any thing bk of the booking as a form of compensation so my advice is think twice about this site as they only think about the money not customer service the food is treable in the cafe very expensive your best going to Asda/morrisons near by and getting your food there and use the facilities in your apartment/carvan Years of coming to this site and they do this to you Shall not be booking on this site again Better camp sites near by avoid this one

We have been loyal, returning guests to North Shore and its sister park, Coastfields Holiday Village, for years, but our stay from 19th–22nd June 2026 was deeply disappointing. Our family holiday was completely disrupted by the occupants of a neighbouring caravan who engaged in continuous loud shouting, screaming, and swearing. Furthermore, a heavy, overpowering smell of cannabis constantly emanated from their caravan. Because it was an incredibly hot day and night, we desperately needed to open our windows and skylights, but the drug smoke forced its way inside. This directly exposed our 12-year-old and 1-year-old infant to second-hand illegal smoke, leaving them severely distressed and entirely sleep-deprived.I reported this directly to reception at midday on Sunday and requested that security get involved. Absolutely nothing was done; the shouting and drug use continued unchecked all afternoon, evening, and night. When I followed up the next morning, staff casually told me they would "have a word with them today"—confirming that my urgent report 24 hours prior had been completely ignored. To make matters worse, I emailed management a formal complaint on 22nd July and have been met with total silence. Having stayed at two other caravan sites this month where the customer service was impeccable and issues were handled instantly, the complete lack of care from North Shore is shocking. We are now incredibly hesitant to ever book with North Shore or Coastfields again.

Stayed for 4 nights in a 4 bedroom lodge Couldn't fault the accommodation the bar was Cheaper than some places in town. All the staff were friendly and helpful. My husband left his man bag behind I phoned house keeping they sent someone to check. I phoned reception a couple of hours later it had been found and we sorted out how to get it returned. I can't thank the people who work their enough. Great to know there are still good people in this world. We will be booking to go again.

We bring our tidying caravan here and it's great. Club house is nice, arcade on site too and in a great location. The pitches are big and we always pay for a hard standing pitch. There is a bus stop right outside which goes to fantasy island, or you can walk the other way into skeg. The Ship and Atlantic pub on the cross roads does great food, but pay a fiver for the discount card and keep it. We've had ours for years and they still accept it.
