Lynton House

Lynton House comes fully equipped for a self-catering stay. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included, along with initial fuel for the woodburner. The kitchen has electric cooking facilities, a fridge, freezer and microwave. There's a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a separate shower room and bathroom, and two televisions dotted through the house for flexibility when the group splits up. One well-behaved pet stays free of charge.

The layout spreads across a ground floor open-plan space combining living, dining and kitchen areas with doors onto a south-facing patio, plus a separate snug with a woodburner and television. Upstairs holds three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a single. The one-acre grounds include a lawned garden to the side and a patio with garden furniture; a travel cot and highchair are available on request. Private parking accommodates four cars. There is an unfenced pond in the garden, and smoking is not permitted.

Market Rasen itself sits within reach of the Lincolnshire Wolds, with sandy beaches five miles away. Burgh-le-Marsh, two miles off, has shops and pubs serving food. Skegness and its attractions lie within a fifteen-minute drive.
