Mill House comes with everything you need for a self-catering stay: electricity, gas central heating, bed linen and towels are all covered, plus wifi throughout. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. Heating is powered by gas, and there are smart TVs in the living spaces.
The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs holds the living room, kitchen/dining room, one bedroom with a three-quarter double bed, and a bathroom with a bath and heated towel rail. Upstairs are two further double bedrooms and a shower room with heated towel rail. Altogether the property sleeps 5 across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There's private parking for 2 cars, and a rear garden with seating. One dog is welcome at no extra charge. The house does not permit smoking.
Trusthorpe sits on the East Lindsey coast, close to Happy Days Seaside Holiday Park. There are 2 steps to the entrance and 2 steps down into the garden, where a river runs at the back. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00.
