Louth sits on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, within reach of both inland countryside and the coast. Misdale House is a three-bedroom cottage in the town itself, where St James' Church stands nearby. The Wolds' rolling landscape spreads out a short drive away, and the seaside is equally accessible for a day trip.
The house sleeps five across three bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed and ensuite, two with single beds, and a third single. There are two bathrooms and a separate toilet. Ground floor rooms include a living area with Freeview and Netflix, a kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher and full fridge space opening into a dining room, a utility room with washing machine, and a conservatory. An enclosed garden with furniture sits beyond; there is a fenced pond here to be aware of. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are included, and parking on site covers two cars.
One small dog stays free; other pets can be considered. The property is non-smoking. There is no wheelchair access, with one step at the entrance.
