Orby Hall - Studio 12

Orby Hall – Studio 12 is a self-contained studio apartment on the first floor of a 2023-built complex near the Lincolnshire coast. The entire space is yours for the duration of your stay, accessed via a single step to the entrance. Inside, everything unfolds on one level: an open-plan arrangement combines the living area, kitchen and bedroom in a logical flow that makes efficient use of the space. Two single beds form the sleeping area, while the kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, hob, microwave and fridge-freezer for straightforward self-catering. A walk-in shower and toilet complete the facilities.

Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. Oil underfloor heating keeps things warm. On-site parking is provided for one car, and you can use the shared grounds with patio and garden furniture. The studio itself is non-smoking.

Orby sits just a mile from a local pub and opens directly onto footpaths leading into open countryside—ideal for walking. Skegness is seven miles away by car, and Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve is also within reach.
