Orby Hall - Studio 4

Orby Hall – Studio 4 is a single-bedroom, ground-floor studio sleeping two, part of a collection of twelve newly built apartments in the Lincolnshire countryside. Everything is on one level: an open-plan living space with a Freeview Smart TV, a kitchen with a two-ring hob and microwave, and a bedroom with a super king bed. The shower room has a walk-in shower. Oil underfloor heating keeps things warm; wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. You have your own parking space and access to a patio with garden furniture, though these are shared with other properties on the site.

The location works for both rural exploration and coastal trips. Footpaths begin at the property itself and lead into farmland; a local pub is roughly a mile away. Skegness beach is seven miles south. For birdwatchers and nature reserves, Gibraltar Point is nearby. The studio is not suitable for smoking.
