Orby Hall Studio 8 is one of twelve new apartments built in 2023 across a countryside site in East Lindsey. This first-floor unit is self-contained, with its own entrance and private parking for one car. The studio combines living, dining and kitchen areas in an open plan, with a separate bedroom and shower room. Everything is on one level, so no stairs once you're inside.
The kitchen has an electric oven, hob and microwave for self-catering; the bedroom holds a double bed; the shower room has a walk-in enclosure. Heating comes from oil and underfloor systems. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. There is a patio and shared garden furniture on the grounds, though the outdoor space is shared with the other properties on-site. The studio takes two people and is non-smoking.
Orby itself is rural, with footpaths leading into open countryside from the complex. A pub sits about a mile away. Skegness is seven miles south, and Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve is within reach for anyone interested in coastal walks and birdwatching. Arrival is after 15:00; departure before 10:00.
