Raithby Hall

East Lindsey sits on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a landscape of unspoilt rolling countryside dotted with quiet hamlets and villages. Raithby Hall is a substantial country house set within 8 acres of grounds, accommodating up to 33 guests across 16 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. It is available for exclusive use, making it suitable for large family gatherings, celebrations or group retreats.

The layout spreads across three floors. Ground floor rooms include a living room with television and open fireplace, a dining room with pool table, and a kitchen equipped for cooking from scratch with electric range, two dishwashers, and breakfast area. There is a second living room without television and a utility room with washing and drying facilities. Bedrooms upstairs range from emperor and four-poster kings to twin and triple singles, each with its own shower room or bathroom. The first floor includes a flexible sleeping space with sofa bed and single beds. Several bedrooms feature roll-top or traditional baths; others have shower cubicles. Essentials such as bed linen, towels, heating and electricity are included, along with wifi and logs for the open fires.

Beyond the house, the grounds contain a patio and terrace with garden furniture, a gas barbecue, a private boat house, and a heated swim spa accommodating 11 people. Parking is available for 30 cars. The grounds do contain an unfenced lake at a distance of 150 yards, sloping banks and some internal steps. No smoking is permitted throughout the property. Check-in is after 15:00 and departure before 10:00.
