Rosery

Rosery is a three-bedroom house in Mablethorpe, arranged across two floors with space for seven guests. Downstairs, the living and dining room has a smart TV and electric fire, while a second living room with Freeview TV offers extra space. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer—and opens via French doors onto an enclosed garden with decking, furniture and a BBQ. Upstairs are three bedrooms: a kingsize, a double with a single, and a bunk bedroom, served by a shower room with heated towel rail.

Essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are covered. One dog stays free. The house is a 300-yard walk from Mablethorpe's beach, passing a park and paddling pools en route to the promenade. The town centre is within easy reach, with its fairground, shops, restaurants and pubs. Donna Nook, where seals breed in winter, lies 15 minutes north along the coast. The coastal bus connects to larger attractions including Skegness pier. Private parking is available for two cars. No smoking indoors.
