What visitors say

This rescue and wildlife park has been helping to rescue and release animals back into the wild for years. It was lovely to see all of the different animals that sadly weren't able to return to the wild. It was nice to see some improvements being made to the resident Seal area. The staff were so friendly and helpful with information regarding any of the animals in their care. The cafe was nice, toilets were clean and free parking for visitors. Definitely worth a visit with your family or friends. Keep up the good work.

Well if your planning a visit I Would say not to waste your money £102 we paid for Six adults and 3 children. It’s very run down Not much really to see Two seals and You couldn’t really see Only their heads when they were being fed. Over than that, not much more really to see Some of the cases were empty Couple of farm animals Couple of birds The Llamas Look like they had been hacked With a hedge trimmer I my self used to keep sheep and Nephew could Shea, them better The enclosures were very rundown It seems the heart of display has been took out Trust me if your a family or a Group Don’t waste your money going to here enjoy yourself doing a stuff. I Truly believe the money is not going back into this place from what I seen I wanted a refund but staff did not want to listen We was literally in there 20 minutes walk round the whole thing and done

A great place to visit with the kids as an activity to do. We watched the seal feeding which was very informative and great to watch with the kids. They are doing renovations down by the seals. There are a lot of different exhibits around with some great information around.

This place is awesome! We came here not sure what to expect but there’s so much more than seals. So many species of birds, reptiles, emus, monkeys, lynx, meer cats to name but a few and all really easy to walk around. Access is good - I went with my mum who has mobility problems and we managed - I’d say wheelchair friendly. And the cafe does a great cup of tea - well worth a visit!
