Sandy Creek Cottage

Sandy Creek Cottage is a contemporary single-storey bungalow built to modern standards, positioned in a peaceful cul-de-sac within easy reach of the Lincolnshire coast. Everything happens at ground level: the living space centres on a woodburner and smart TV, with patio doors opening onto an enclosed garden where you can eat outside or use the barbecue. The kitchen has a full cooker, microwave and washing machine. Two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one single—and a bathroom with shower complete the layout. One dog can stay with you.

The beach is five hundred yards away, close enough for a morning walk. The same distance covers a café and pub. Anderby Creek itself is a conservation area, quieter than the busier resort of Skegness seven miles south, though that brings traditional seaside attractions and Fantasy Island Theme Park five miles off. Cyclists and walkers benefit from the flat terrain; Gibraltar Point nature reserve and seal sanctuary lies twelve miles down the coast. Electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi are included. The property has private parking and a bike store. No smoking indoors.
