My grandparents brought me to this site for the first 16 years of my life, it was always the best part of my summer holidays. As an adult, I came back this year and I was delighted to see that everything was the way I remembered it. The shower and toilet block had a beautiful revamp and were lovely, warm and clean. The campsite owners are so so lovely and accommodating. The other guests on site are very respectful and friendly, even in the middle of the summer holidays meaning the site was busy. The location is great if travelling via car. I don’t think I’d stay anywhere else :)

⭐ Manor Farm Caravan Park – Review ⭐ We stayed at Manor Farm Caravan Park in August for 4 nights at a cost of £120. This family-run site is a lovely base for exploring the Lincolnshire coast, midway between Mablethorpe and Skegness, and just a mile from the beach. 🛻 Getting There Located in the village of Anderby, the site is easy to access from the A52. Arrival is from 1pm and departure by midday. 👋 Welcome Reception is very low-key but welcoming. We were met by the owner, Jenna, who was helpful throughout our booking and stay, even ensuring our pitches were together when travelling with friends. ⛺ Pitches There are around 200 pitches across two fields, with a mix of grass, hard-standing, seasonal and electric hook-up. Pitches are well-spaced and well-kept. Ours in the lower field was flat, dry, and gave plenty of room for our campervan and awning. 🚿 Facilities The toilet block was excellent and looked recently refurbished. While smaller than expected for the site size, we never had issues getting showers, even in high season. There’s also: • A full family bathroom with bath and baby changing 👶 • A disabled bathroom ♿ • A laundry room with information point 🧺 • Drinking water, waste disposal and recycling points The only let-down was the small outdoor wash-up area, which could do with an upgrade compared to the otherwise high standards. 🍟 Food & Groceries There’s no shop, pub, or restaurant on site. A fish & chip van visits Fridays at 7.30pm. The nearest pub and café are a mile away in Anderby Creek. For groceries, the nearest Premier store (with petrol) is in Hatoft, about 2 miles away, where you’ll also find the Axe & Cleaver pub – highly recommended for meals. 🎣 On-Site Activities Facilities are simple but effective: • A small children’s playground 👧 • A fishing lake in the top field with carp, roach, and rudd 🎣 (small fee applies) • Lovely views and a peaceful setting near the lake compared to the lower field 🏖 Nearby Places to Visit • Mablethorpe – Blue Flag beach, amusements, paddling pool, seal sanctuary, and a traditional seaside feel. • Sutton-on-Sea – Quieter, family-friendly beach, safe swimming, gardens, and independent shops. • Skegness – Classic busy seaside resort with a huge beach, amusements, nightlife, and the Gibraltar Point nature reserve for nature lovers. 💡 Top Tips 1. If you want to be close to the facilities, request the lower field. 2. Stock up on essentials before you arrive – there’s no on-site shop. 3. Don’t miss a meal at the Axe & Cleaver – the food was excellent. ✅ Would We Stay Again? Yes. This is a well-kept, family-run site that makes a great base for exploring the Lincolnshire coast. It’s relaxed, friendly, and while a couple of areas could be improved, it offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. ⸻ 📺 Want to see more before booking? First experience of camping in a tent and we loved it. The owners were lovely and so helpful. There are two swings and a little ladder for children to play on, it's child friendly but still very peaceful. We were a five minute drive to the beach or a 20 minute walk. It was a lovely quiet spot away from any noise. The lake was beautiful and full of fish. The fish and chip van on the friday and pizza van on the saturday were great. We'd definitely return.
