Golf Village 107 sits on The Grange Leisure Park at Mablethorpe, where a private hot tub on the decking is the standout feature—a rare luxury in a rental property. The whole place is on one floor, making it genuinely accessible: a king bedroom with en-suite, two twin rooms, a sofa bed in the living area, and a separate shower room with heated towel rail. Bed linen arrives fresh, and the kitchen has everything needed for self-catering, from a full oven and hob to a fridge-freezer and microwave. Central heating and double glazing keep things comfortable regardless of season, and wi-fi is included.

Mablethorpe itself is a seaside town with a Blue Flag beach, donkey rides, crazy golf and plenty of restaurants within reach. The park offers more activities—water sports, fishing and golf courses—so there is something for most people. One dog is welcome to come along. The decking looks over a lake, and parking for one car is provided on-site. Families with younger children, or anyone wanting to avoid the stairs that come with so many holiday properties, will find the ground-floor arrangement particularly useful.

This was our 3rd stay at Grange, we had lovely time but have noticed a decline in park. When we arrived we went into the kitchen for a light lunch, the lady was very unfriendly and said they only served breakfast (2pm this was) she said for food we had to go to badgers barn we did this they were not serving until 4pm. The Spar shop had no sandwiches etc, we had to had crisps. The arcade is unmanned most evenings from 8pm but is open until 11pm, which means of your prize gets stuck theres no one to reach out too. Most machines are filled with sweets limited keyrings. Barn was freezing for when playing bingo. Air con set far to cold. The lodge itself was lovely, only issues is one pillow per bed, so please bring extra pillows. We have always loved Grange, but sadly can't see us returning.

We had a lovely family camping trip here over the bank holiday! The site is huge with different areas for caravans, tents and motor homes. The grass electric hook up was over looking the aqua lake which was lovely to see all the ducks nesting! There was also a fishing lake too! The facilities were clean and more modern than other sites we've been too. Lovely pub/restaurant we didnt eat but walking passed the food looked and smelt amazing! There was a clubhouse with arcade with kids entertainment which was good. There was noise from the main road behind us but it didnt keep us awake. We definitely will be back!

Me & my husband absolutely love it here & come a few times a year with our 2 dogs. What’s made our break extra special this year, is meeting Terry who works in the Amusements on site. He is so friendly & made us feel so welcome! He has genuinely gone above & beyond. He really is such a credit to Coastfields at Grange Leisure park!

I would like to firstly add the service was not through fault of the staff. One member was clearly untrained. It was so obvious to us as customers I think it would be beneficial to check on your new staff as watching them for just 5 minutes it's clear and you could support them. One other staff was carrying the new one and it was sad to see the pressure they were under. The platinum lodge was gorgeous. My favourite of all lodges I've stayed in. Only negative for a platinum price, the pillows!! My gosh the pillows do NOT suit the platinum title nor the price, my neck does not like me. They were thin lumpy old old old pillows. The type you'd expect in a crusty old B&B but the lodge get full marks as it's stunning and so spacious. If the site wants to take feedback in addition to the pillows. Other sites in the Hoseasons bookings under the 'luxury' filter provides salt/pepper, a little cooking oil. These are great touches but don't prevent you from rebooking. The shower pressure is good. Showers are roomy and doesn't feel like you have a tiny space to squeeze. Mattress is soft but they are bigger than standard beds. The singles are really roomy for the kids two. I would visit with the girls for a girly weekend as adults can comfortably sleep in the singles. The arcades aren't updated yet with the new card loading system, lots of the machines are faulty but staff were on hand to help. Entertainment isn't as fun as some places but they try and it's easy enough to sit and have a drink whilst the kids enjoy the arcades next door. The pool on the sister site is approx half hour drive. There's a big Tesco, fuel and B&M roughly 5 minutes drive. I wish the site sold some duck food. The kids love feeding the ducks that come to say hi at the lodges. We will definitely be booking again. Next time for longer than a weekend. It's great value during March period but price obviously reflects the peak seasons. The site is huge! We had lots of wind the weekend we went so just to drive to the clubhouse and there is parking opposite. Bring your own pillows and you'll feek very relaxed and at peace here.
