My partner and I stayed in one of the pods at Standen Lodge over the Christmas period and had a really wonderful stay! The pod was beautifully decorated for Christmas, both inside and out, which was a really lovely touch. Inside the pod had plenty of space for the two of us and it felt super cosy and warm, alongside being spotless. The hot tub was also very clean and lovely to relax in under the stars in the evening. Although it was too cold to enjoy the beach, it is only a short drive away, and we did go and visit the baby seals at Donna Nook which was incredible – would highly recommend! Laura and Ross were fantastic hosts, they clearly pay close attention to little details and are super friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much for such a lovely weekend – we are already looking forward to our next visit in the summer!

What a gem of a campsite. The owners are some of the most accommodating people you’ll ever meet — genuinely friendly, always willing to help, and clearly passionate about making sure guests have a great stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt looked after. The site itself is lovely, clean, and perfectly set up for a relaxing break. We’ll definitely be coming back.

1000% recommend Been glamping twice this year and had such a lovely time and experience. I cannot praise Laura and Ross enough for the amazing work they do and effort have put into their pods. The glamping pods are a great size, very clean, have everything you would need and more. Great location with beautiful views. Cannot wait to return!
