Bridlington's North Beach is a gentle walk away, where the sand stretches out in both directions and the harbour offers boat trips for fishing or just the view. The town centre sits within easy reach by land train or on foot, and Sewerby Hall—a Georgian house with substantial grounds—is close by if you want a cultural morning. For golf, there are courses at Sewerby; for families, the Leisure Centre has a swimming pool. The bungalow itself sits in a quiet residential spot about a mile inland, single-storey throughout.
Inside, you get a double bedroom and a twin (which can convert to a kingsize if you ask), a family bathroom, and an open-plan living and dining space warmed by a gas fire. The kitchen is properly fitted out for cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer—and there is a washer-dryer if you need it. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. A travel cot and highchair are available if you're travelling with small children.
The garden is enclosed and lawned, with furniture for sitting out. The hot tub, which holds four people, is private to the property. You can park two cars on the driveway. Dogs stay free and will find plenty of walking nearby; smoking is not permitted inside. This suits couples, small families and groups of friends looking for a base on the Yorkshire coast.
