The cottage has one bedroom and one bathroom, sleeping two people. Downstairs is a bright living and dining room with a Smart TV and comfortable seating, plus a kitchen equipped for cooking—electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and all the basics you need. Upstairs, the bedroom has a zip-and-link bed (configured as a double or two singles on request) and another Smart TV. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and a heated towel rail. A spiral staircase connects the two floors. Wifi, bed linen, towels and electricity are all included.

Outside, there's an enclosed rear garden with paved seating and furniture—a decent spot for your dog, which stays free. Bike storage is available, and there's parking for one car on site. The property is non-smoking throughout.
