Two bathrooms on the first floor, both with baths, showers over, wash basin and WC. First-floor toilet with wash basin. Kitchen/diner. Utility area with spare fridge. Additional sink in the utility area, used for cleaning boots and dogs (older sink, not for food preparation). Two spacious sitting rooms, one featuring a woodburning stove and the other an electric fire, along with a separate dining room with an open fire.
