Bridlington's South Beach and the Yorkshire coastline are on your doorstep from Cardigan House. The Victorian promenade, land train and seafront attractions are all within walking distance, making this a natural base for a family seaside holiday. The house itself is modern and spacious, built to accommodate groups of up to 10 people across five bedrooms and three bathrooms spread over three floors.

The ground floor centres on an open-plan kitchen and dining area with full cooking facilities, from induction hob to air fryer, plus a separate lounge with its own smart TV. Bedrooms range from kingsize to super-kingsize options, some of which can be split into twin beds, and most have their own en-suite. The top-floor bedroom comes with sea views. There's a utility room with washing machine, and travel cots, high chairs and stairgates are available for younger children. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.

The enclosed garden has an artificial lawn, seating areas and a barbecue. Parking for two cars is provided on the property, with additional street parking nearby. The house does not permit smoking. One well-behaved pet can stay free of charge.
