Farmers Cottage

Farmers Cottage sits on a working farm in open countryside, a three-mile drive from the coast near Withernsea. You get the whole place to yourself: two double bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom with both bath and separate shower, and downstairs a spacious kitchen-diner, two living rooms, utility room and separate toilet. One living room has French doors onto the garden; the other contains a sofa bed if you need an extra sleeping space. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking, with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, and a slow cooker. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, along with oil central heating.

Outside there's an enclosed garden with patio, barbecue and seating, plus private parking for two cars and a bike store. The cottage suits groups or families wanting country quiet without being cut off—Withernsea's seafront, shops and restaurants are close enough for an evening out. Walking and cycling routes run through the surrounding farmland and coastal paths nearby. Note that children under 12 are not accommodated, and smoking is not permitted.
