Grays Cottage

Grays Cottage is a single-storey property in a residential area of Bridlington, within walking distance of the town centre and just under a mile from the beach. The layout is straightforward: everything happens on the ground floor, starting with an open-plan living and dining space that opens onto a garden. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, and washing machine. Three bedrooms sleep six: the first has a double bed and its own shower cubicle, the second has two single beds and shares an en-suite with the first, and the third has two more singles. A second full bathroom with a bath and shower serves the rest of the property.

Outside, the enclosed lawn has decking and garden furniture, and there is parking for two cars on site. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; a cot and highchair are available if needed. The town offers everything from shops and restaurants to the Bridlington Spa Theatre and a well-regarded leisure centre with pools and climbing walls. Sewerby Hall, a stately home, is accessible via clifftop walks or a small land train. The property does not permit smoking, and is not suitable for hen or stag parties.
