Bridlington's quieter residential streets, just north of the town centre, hide this single-storey property within easy reach of the coast. Poppys' Place is a detached bungalow arranged entirely on one level, sleeping four across two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The double room has its own ensuite; the twin room shares access to a full bathroom with shower over the bath. Both are fitted with heated towel rails.

The main living space combines a sitting room, kitchen and dining area under one roof, extended recently with bi-fold doors that open directly onto the garden. A wood burner warms the living room through colder months; the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, and a dining table seating four. Smart televisions are in both the living room and the first bedroom. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided, along with the first load of wood for the burner. The enclosed garden has patio furniture and a barbecue for outdoor eating.

Off-street parking for two cars is on the property itself. The beach lies roughly five minutes' walk away. No smoking is permitted inside.
