The cottage spreads across two floors with three bedrooms sleeping six: a kingsize on the first floor front, a double with garden views, and a twin room. Downstairs, two living spaces with wood-burning stoves frame the day—a sitting room with Smart TV and Sky, and a dining room opening into a substantial kitchen. The kitchen is the real draw: range cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine, breakfast bar and room to move around in. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are all included, along with initial fuel for the burners. A single well-behaved dog stays free, with an enclosed garden and patio for outdoor time.

One bathroom serves the property, with a separate toilet downstairs. Parking is on-site for one car. The cottage does not permit smoking.
