You step straight into Nell's Cottage's ground-floor living and dining room—a bright space with a smart TV and Netflix ready to go. The kitchen sits alongside with a full range cooker, dishwasher and everything needed to cook properly. From here, the layout branches upward: a first-floor double bedroom with ensuite, a second-floor bathroom and two further bedrooms, each with twin beds. The fourth bedroom is also on the second floor. Two bathrooms and four bedrooms mean eight people can spread out comfortably, and essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all covered. Wi-Fi reaches throughout.

The back of the property opens onto a large enclosed courtyard with a terrace and patio area, garden furniture and a BBQ—a genuine private space for eating outside or simply sitting quietly away from the street. Bridlington's old town surrounds you: narrow streets with independent galleries and shops, good restaurants and pubs, and the 900-year-old Priory Church at the far end of the main street. Bridlington Old Town Gallery sits nearby if you want structured culture. Parking for one car is on site; additional spaces are available on the road outside. Dogs stay free and can enjoy the courtyard. The property does not permit smoking. One pet is welcome to join you.
