The three-bedroom layout spreads across three floors: ground level holds two bedrooms (one double, one with twins), a bathroom, and living space; the first floor contains the kitchen, dining area and another living room with an electric fire; the top floor has the third double bedroom with its own shower room. Two bathrooms and a second toilet mean mornings run smoothly.
The cottage comes with the essentials—wifi, heating, bed linen and towels—plus parking for two cars on site. One pet stays free. The enclosed courtyard has garden furniture for sitting out. Near Flamborough village centre, you're a short walk from shops, cafés and pubs, with the beach and Danes Dike nature reserve across the road. Bempton Cliffs and the headland's footpaths are within reach for exploring the Yorkshire coast.

This holiday cottage is amazing, 5* rating all the way, me and my family have had the best weekend and made so many memories. It's blown me away with the high standards and caters for all you and your family need. Shops and pubs with in walking distance, dog friendly and 8mins away from Bridlington.

Could be a lovely base with some amendments. The property itself is lovely and has been renovated to a high standard but it's just not looked after and cleaned properly. Dusty, cobwebs and spider's everywhere. The outside is such a let down, all the flowers are dead, dead leaves everywhere from the trees. The cushions on the seating area had been left out, so wet through. Hot tub grubby and just full of chemicals. Rather than being emptied and cleaned after every client's use, we watched a teenager empty it a little and the refill as we were packing. Such a shame as it could be a fabulous base for all the site seeing areas around it.
