Meadow Cottage is a single-storey property sleeping four in Filey, near the East Riding coastline. Walk through the front door and you're immediately in the main living space—an open-plan arrangement combining the sitting room, dining area and kitchen. A kingsize bedroom with ensuite shower occupies one end; a twin room and family bathroom complete the sleeping arrangements. Everything happens on one level, which suits families with younger children or anyone who prefers not to tackle stairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Underfloor heating and air cooling keep the cottage comfortable year-round. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with electricity. Out front there's a garden with seating, and parking for two cars on site. One dog is welcome; note that this is sheep country, so pets must stay on a lead.
The coast lies within a mile, ideal for walking. The village itself has pubs, cafés and a convenience store. Flamborough Lighthouse and the Heritage Coastline are nearby for exploring on foot, and two golf courses serve the area.

We have just returned from a fabulous week at Meadow View. The cottage was like a home from home and was very well equipped to meet all our needs. We loved the open plan downstairs living, dining and kitchen area and were lucky to have good weather and enjoy the lovely outdoor area. Julia was a perfect hostess and provided us with useful information for our stay. The welcome pack was unexpected and much appreciated. The location was amazing and we walked to the stunning bay every day, both to the gorgeous cafe at Hunmanby Gap and across to Filey. We also used the on site pool and gym, which were both impressive. Thank you Julia for helping us make special memories and we will definitely return.
