Upstairs: a double bedroom with ensuite shower, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a family bathroom with bath and shower. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included. Gas central heating runs throughout, with underfloor heating on the ground floor. The property does not permit smoking.

The headland is walking distance from chalk cliffs, a major seabird nesting site, and Selwick's Bay where the beach meets rock pools. Flamborough Head Golf Course is three-quarters of a mile away. Bridlington and its amenities are nearby, as is Flamborough village. One dog is welcome.
