School Cottage is a converted Victorian schoolhouse set in rural East Riding of Yorkshire, between Gembling and Foston on the Wold, within reach of the coast near Skipsea. The property sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: a double on the ground floor, a kingsize upstairs, and two singles. There are two bathrooms—a shower room downstairs and a bath upstairs—plus a utility room with washing machine.

The kitchen has an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and all the basics for cooking from scratch. The ground floor living and dining space opens via French doors to a large lawned garden with patio, where a hot tub sits alongside garden furniture and a barbecue. Inside, a wood burner warms the main room, and a Smart TV is available. Essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered; heating fuel for the wood burner is provided from October to March. The garden contains a pond about 10 yards from the house. Three cars can be parked on the property. No smoking is permitted.
