Riviera Cottage

Riviera Cottage is a single-storey modern bungalow designed with accessibility in mind. Everything sits on the ground floor: two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with an electric single and bed hoist), a shower room with walk-in access, and a combined kitchen and dining area. The living room has a sofa bed and television. Parking for three cars is on site.

The kitchen comes fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are included. Outside, a large enclosed garden with seating area and patio opens onto a gate that leads directly to the beach—a walk of under two minutes. One dog stays free. The property does not permit smoking.

Charity Farm Caravan Park sits between Filey and Bridlington on the Yorkshire coast. The nearby village of Sewerby has a pub and shop. The area suits walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers, with access to RSPB reserves and country paths alongside the cliffs. Bridlington and Filey are within short driving distance, and Bondville Model Village is also nearby.
