The bungalow is a detached property with three bedrooms sleeping up to five, arranged on one level around a central living space. An enclosed garden at the back provides a private outdoor area with patio, lawn and mature borders, suitable for children and dogs alike.

Inside, the rooms work around a wood-burning stove in the sitting area, with French doors opening to a conservatory that doubles as dining space and garden access. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and the usual appliances—so you can prepare meals or pack picnics to take to the beach. The three bedrooms range from a super king to a single, all with televisions. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with wifi and electricity. One pet stays free of charge. Outside there is parking for three cars, secure storage for bikes or boards, and a dedicated rinse area for muddy gear.

Hornsea town centre and the Victorian promenade are within easy reach on foot. The property does not permit smoking indoors.
