Sycamore Lodge

Sycamore Lodge is a detached two-bedroom property on the Yorkshire coast near Bridlington, within a nature reserve and moments from Bridlington Links golf course. The whole building is yours alone, arranged on a single level with level or ramped access. You'll find an open-plan living and dining space where a sofa bed offers flexible extra sleeping, a well-equipped kitchen for cooking, and a utility room with a washing machine. The two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two singles—each have their own en-suite bathroom with shower and heated towel rail, plus there's a separate toilet. Parking for three cars is on-site.

The lodge sits within shared woodland grounds with mature trees, a picnic area, and opportunities to see wild deer. A decked area with garden furniture lets you eat outdoors. One small dog stays free. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. The golf course's restaurant, gym and range are nearby; the gym operates at a charge, and golf club hire is free. The surrounding estate is naturally quieter in winter and lush through the warmer months. No smoking inside.
