The Gatehouse sits on the Bridlington Links Golf and Leisure Estate, where a gate gives straight onto the grounds of Sewerby Hall and Gardens—a significant draw for families. The coastal path runs through adjoining woods just a couple of minutes' walk away, leading towards Flamborough Head and Bridlington's sandy beaches. The clifftop golf course itself is part of the 'Golf Coast Passport', letting players move between five Yorkshire courses across a week. Beyond the immediate area, Bempton Cliffs RSPB Nature Reserve is within reach for birdwatching, while the Yorkshire Wolds villages and stately homes like Burton Agnes and Sledmere make for day trips.
The lodge is a single-storey property sleeping four across two bedrooms: a kingsize and a pair of singles, each with an ensuite shower room. The open-plan living space includes a sofa bed if needed, plus a separate toilet. You get a functional kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher and washing machine, a dining area and lounge with TV and Freesat. Outside, there's decked space with garden furniture and parking for two cars on-site. WiFi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all covered. A land train runs regularly from the estate into Bridlington town centre. A shop lies a mile away; a pub and restaurant are 400 yards off. The property does not permit smoking, and one pet stays free.
